Formed in 1991, we usually meet on the second Monday in the month in the church car park to share cars to the start point of the ramble. They are between 4 and 5 miles long, followed by a pub lunch.
The next walk will be on Wednesday 28th June 2017
Please meet at Sewerby Church Car Park at 9am
The walk is to be from one of two points, both heading towards Hayburn Wyke (Y013 OAU 01723 870202) near Cloughton, just north of Scarborough.
The first starting point is to be at the car park above Boggle Hole YHA(Y022 4UQ) and will walk along The Cleveland Way to end at The Hayburn Wyke pub. It is for the roughy-toughies and is about 7 miles long.
The second starting point is at the Ravenscar Tea Rooms Y013 OLV (by the old railway station) and will go along the old railway line for about 3.5 miles (very flat and all downhill!!) to end at The Hayburn Wyke pub.
Note: As both walks are not circular (they start and end at different places), arrargements will be made on the day for the appropriate positioning of cars.
